Ticket Information
How to book your tickets

Our Principal Venue

We hold the majority of our concerts at St Matthew's Church on the Kettering Road in Northampton (NN1 4RY). This has been the home of the choir since our first concert in 1935, and we are proud to continue our association.

The church has wooden seating throughout (many regular audience members bring a small cushion with them!), but the exact seating layout varies from concert-to-concert, so our seating is unreserved. If you would like a seat in the central block, it is best to consider joining our Friends scheme, which enables you to reserve seating (the green area on the layout plan). Otherwise we recommend that you arrive early (doors open 30 minutes before the start of each concert), as we ensure there are unreserved seats at both the back and front of the central block.

On the Door
A limited number of tickets will be available on the door, though we recommend booking in advance. If you do purchase on the door, you can pay by cash or credit/debit card, and anyone can pay for programmes or interval refreshments by cash or credit/debit card.

Admission to certain events is free. However, we ask that you show your appreciation by making a generous donation to any collection.

Concessions

Concessions are available on selected performances for unemployed people in receipt of benefits, students, over 60s, disabled customers and children under 16yrs. You may be asked to provide proof in order to qualify for a concession ticket. Concessions are subject to availability and may not be available on every seat. If you have any questions please contact us.

Booking fees

Our booking partners typically charges a booking fee for purchasing tickets online. For example, We Got Tickets charges a booking fee of 10% of the face value of your ticket. If the ticket you're purchasing is more than £25, your booking fee will be less than 10%.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. However, in exceptional circumstances that are beyond our control, where an event has been cancelled, we may decide to offer a refund of the ticket price. However, this will be solely at the discretion of the committee.
